Microsoft Advanced Support for Partners (ASfP) plays an integral role in the success of the Microsoft Partners and addresses the specific needs of Cloud Solutions Providers (CSP), born-in-the-cloud partners and all other partners selling Microsoft cloud services.- Deliver Reactive Escalation/Account Management for issues raised by Partner Service Accounts Managers (SAMs) and Partners to help resolve critical issues more quickly and minimize the impact on partner’s business.- Collaborate across organizations, groups and functions at a global level and engage support and non-support resources at all levels across CSS in order to expedite escalated ASfP technical support cases, set appropriate expectations, communicate effectively, keep commitment and escalate in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Mobile device management enrollments, remote assistance through MDM platforms and software troubleshooting on mobile devices (iOS, Android) to end users - global corporate employees of various clients.- Escalate issues to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner and ensure end users are aware of changes to original expectations in accordance with procedural guidelines.

- Provide technical support via telephone, email and chat to customers to identify and diagnose technical issues.- Responsible for identifying the issue/ creating work tickets/ assigning them / categorizing / prioritizing / monitoring / escalating / closing them and getting feedback.- Assist users in installation and configuration of various software applications.

- Performing selected audit activities (audit planning, testing procedures and audit finalization) for various national and international companies in accordance with the local accounting standards, IFRS and other GAAPs.- Preparing audit documentation using the Deloitte audit software and using templates to support the audit teams based out at client locations.- Delivery high-quality audit work.
