- Develop partnerships in B2B & B2M business environment and drive the development of a robust partner ecosystem that leverages the technology and solutions to deliver value to clients, merchants, consumers and partners. These relationships include technology/fintech partners, service partners and commercial partners;- Diversify and expands our service offering through new channels, ensuring relevant offers to different stakeholders through physical, virtual, or digital channels always seeking a benefit for our consumers and an exceptional experience;- Onboard and support new partners as they join and grow the Sodexo ecosystem;- Identify and propose to management companies and technology providers whose value propositions and technology will be enhanced by working in partnership with Sodexo (develop a technology enabled partner ecosystem);- Targets partnerships that will create innovative solutions for current unmet needs and challenges;- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, project management, customer services, merchant marketing and sales) to execute projects and products, and implement marketing campaigns or projects in collaboration with partners;- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends, communicate partner usage, adoption and performance metrics and report them to the hierarchy- Actively participate in go-to-market plans, preparation and delivery of strategic partner presentations

- Coordinating Portico’s activity across Romania- Ensuring delivery of Romanian team deliverables- Coordinating and active involvement in leasing of commercial centers / office buildings / logistic premises within Portico portfolio in Romania [22 properties]- Advising on and implementing the most appropriate and effective method of letting the property- Monitoring Tenants changes in market position/exposure – coordinate market research activities- Coordinate preparation of specific client date bases- Negotiating / offer support in negotiation of lease, closing deals - Deliver / enhance / cultivate tenant relationship- Coordination of marketing activity: marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns for promoting the properties within Portico Romanian portfolio in order to assure the efficient and profitable capitalization of the properties- Identifying and recommending solutions to ensure additional “commercialization” income at properties- Representing Portico and dealing with the local authorities - Support & Management coordination and approval of fit out designs or alterations/additions, permitting process and project management of works to ensure proper fulfillment- Managing / maintain permanent contact with Porticos’ external partners [ the providers of real estate services, as well as with legal / financial / property management / project management consultants ] - Participating in development and preparation of field related reports and budgets [NOI budgets / CAPEX budgets] - Development of upgrade / refurbish strategy for existing assets including reposition in the market / change in destination- Involvement and support in aquisition of new projects: identification target markets / action plan / support in due dilligence process- Coordination / involvement in field related pilot projects: change the existing traffic solution for one of Portico’s development in order to facilitate the access; specific promotional events

- Coordination of marketing activity across Romania: prepare marketing strategy for promoting the assets: initiate targeted surveys, assist in implementation, interpret results, recommend action; prepare specific campaigns, events; prepare / assist in preparation of field related presentation materials- Coordination of leasing activity across Romania- Prepare commercial offers / negotiate deals / close contracts – provide support to the team related to such actions- Key clients management- Managing applications from tenants for consents required under their leases- Reporting to the companies management
