About Anamarija Veic, Phd

Hi!I’m a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Iceland, focusing on multilingualism and learning Icelandic as a second language.Prior to this, I was a postdoctoral research associate at Cambridge University until October 2024, where I explored medication adherence in the Department of Public Health and Primary Care. Before my time at Cambridge, I worked at Middlesex University, investigating the barriers that Royal Air Force (RAF) personnel face when seeking help for mental health issues.I completed my PhD in autism and have over five years of experience teaching in higher education. Additionally, I have provided academic support to students with disabilities and mental health challenges.Feel free to connect with me or send a message.
