Responsible for the legal, regulatory, ESG, public affairs, ethics and compliance, strategic communications and general secretariat areas of the group companies, as well as legal representative.Achievements:• Lead Tigo's participation in the 700Mhz and 5G radio spectrum auctions carried out by the MINTIC in 2019 and 2023 respectively, in which Tigo was awarded.• Lead and implemented the strategy to obtain the capitalization of the Company.• Launched in 2018 of the social responsibility program Contigo Conectados, which promotes the responsible and creative use of the Internet, which has impacted nearly 800 thousand people.• Defined the strategy to raise the corporate reputation and that of the CEO, in which the president entered the ranking in 2020, in position 45 out of 100 and Tigo went from position 66 in 2017 to 45 in 2023.• Developed and implemented the Ethics and Compliance Program that allowed the company to reach 97% in the Transparency measurement for Colombia.
