I am a life scientist with 5 years of experience in research labs in Europe. Since my childhood I was in love with biology and French cartoon La Vie…, which most likely drew me in to the world of science. After obtaining double MSc degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Bioindustrial Techniques, I conducted my PhD in immunology. During my doctoral program, I was responsible for the projects investigating the mechanisms by which immune cells such as T cells, macrophages and DCs contribute to the development of the pro-/anti- inflammatory immune responses in inflammatory bowel diseases and colon cancer. I am a self – motivated researcher with strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently on the projects, but I also truly enjoy teamwork because it always stimulates my creativity and gives me a chance to both help and learn something new. I am able to adapt myself easily to new environments and people. I believe that my scientific background always had a strong ally in my outgoing and positive nature together with excellent communicational skills and ability to speak several languages, which enabled me to achieve project milestones within the strict timeframes, present my ideas and work using oral or written media or meet new people and gain new experiences. As a postgraduate, I am seeking a professional experience that includes dynamic international environment, challenging problems to be solved, busy schedule, collaborative team and self-development.
