Worked with Duke students on the integrated design challenge (IDC), the ECE 110 lab final project. The project allows students to use robots to perform different identification tasks with various sensors, culminating on a final integrated demonstration. Responsible for grading laboratory demonstrations and giving feedback on how to improve code, wiring and overall functions of robots, besides providing feedback and grading written and oral status updates. Also responsible for hosting weekly office hours, which provide a space for students to come to lab to ask questions and work on their robots.

Mentor and advise Brazilian students from 9th to 11th grade in preparation and strategy for future admissions to top universities in the United States and Canada. Assist students especially interested in the STEM field in developing strong profiles, through both professional and personal advancement.Design and administer cycles of 12-30 sessions for each student on academic achievement, interpersonal skills, guidance on students' authorial projects, SAT/ACT/TOEFL preparation, and advancement of extracurricular involvement.

Interned at the novel digital investing initiative of BTG Pactual, the largest investment bank in Latin America. Led a Website Personalization Initiative, clustering visitors in groups in order to offer a personalized experience, working with the design team in order to create pages, and implementing the new automated system so that the ideal page is presented for each visitor. The initiative significantly increased revenues and engagement. Also proposed and coordinated a newsletter design renewal, participated in initiatives with Google and Adobe, and created and conducted field testing of personalized webpages - in html, javascript and Adobe Target.
