Responsibilities: Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. Create detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Purchasing materials/products and ensuring that quality meets the requirements of the design. Develop forms and records to document project activities. Producing various types of construction documents, shop drawings, as-built Drawings and any other submission document required for the proper completion of the project. Ordering material, preparing quotes, purchase orders. Etc.

Responsibilities We are an emerging company specialized in structural design, all type of alterations, minor architectural design, construction and inspections. On my daily basis i'm in charge of preparing all construction documents required for any job. Mostly structural construction documents, details, plans, sections, elevations, zoning analysis and so on. Any alteration that requires an architectural design, I must do it, including the AutoCad/3d drafting and preparation of all forms that requires the department of building for submission or permit approval (such as ZD1, PW1, TRI, PPA, PD1, TR8, TR3, etc) . In many cases I must go to the side and proceed with various inspections of current jobs and document the site conditions, and drawing them afterward. In addition of regular construction documents, i'm also required to produce other technical or construction equipment documents (such as, scaffolding, shop drawings, demolition, perimeter fall protection,etc) and proceed with the follow up of such permits at the DOB, sending and receiving pertinent information of each job, answering emails of contractors, filing representative and clients. Anything that my superior needs, i'm willing to help and do. Accomplishments First I started as a regular AutoCad drafter, just producing plans and detail when they were requested. I am always willing to help in anything I can and learning new things if needed. As time has passed, I've learned more about DOB permits and approval, plan and paperwork submissions, site surveying and inspections and other pertinent processes that involve construction and design. I feel capable now of produce any structural or architectural document on my own, without the constant supervision of my superior, unless of course, is not something I'm fully familiar with.
