My responsibilities included the following key activities:- Coordinated multiple teams, including those responsible for Architecture, Structural Engineering, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).- Prepared the collaboration platform, ensuring shared folders, templates, models with coordinates, and client-specific standards were loaded and maintained.- Produced quality reports to ensure that model organization codes and parameters adhered to client standards.- Conducted model audits, performing health checks on the models and ensuring delivery models were optimized for both construction and maintenance phases.- Reviewed Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) to meet project requirements.- Managed clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.- Presented model status dashboards to the client to maintain transparent communication and project alignment.- Monitored on-site activities to verify compliance with BIM standards and project goals.- Administration of the BIM360 platform, facilitating data management and collaboration.- Conducted As-Built documentation and 3D scanning to capture accurate information for project records.Additionally, I played a pivotal role as a BIM Coordinator in other key projects, including the FEDEX Factory, DANA Factory, and GP Industrial Parks in Nuevo Leon.
