After finishing my Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Minho University (Portugal) and Cranfield University (UK) in 2015 I joined DPD UK.I worked for DPD for 7 years starting up as Graduate Sort Controller and have worked my way up to General Manager. I have gained a variety of skills during this time working across all different hubs and in different roles which shaped me to be self-motivated and hard working. I am a very hands-on manager and always lead by example. My main focus are to continue to improve processes and bring new technology that will make people’s jobs easier, while also considering the environmental impact. I take a deep interest in sustainability.I like new challenges and working with different people.I recently joined Syncreon in the UK as Senior Project Manager and I'm looking forward to the new challenges of this role.
