I am the owner of Pol Realty Inc., a boutique real estate firm that works with buyers and sellers, both locally and internationally, to provide expert guidance and dedicated support to help make the home buying and selling process smooth and hassle-free. I founded POL Realty in South Florida in 2007, and my goal was, and is still is, to offer personalized and dedicated attention to meet every client's unique needs.Our clients are first-time home buyers, empty nesters, and investors from all over the world, primarily Venezuela, Colombia, and Spain. We have relationships with the largest developers in the area so we can provide excellent support and unique incentives to our clients who are interested in buying pre-construction projects.I like to be involved in my sons' schools in my spare time. I have been PTA president at all of their elementary to high school schools. My team has organized major fundraisers to bring much-needed funds for our schools. We organized every year a carnival that brought over $60,000 each year to provide improvements to our wonderful schools. I am also a foster parent for dogs from Pets in Distress. We care for rescue dogs while they find their forever home.
