I’m a collaborative thinker and a problem solver. Crazy deadlines, working under pressure, and crisis management, are my specialty. I ensure maximum efficiency within our creative operations and initiatives for all partners.Started my career in advertising at Maruri/Grey Ecuador back in 2005. After a few years of working as an account executive and then as agency producer, I moved on to explore a new path: I worked for 6 years in Ecuavisa, Ecuador’s leading TV Network, as an executive producer and programming director. In 2013 I returned to Maruri/Grey now in the role of Head of production.Managed interdisciplinary teams of 10+ people, and worked on multimillion dollar accounts such as Directv, LATAM Airlines, Panasonic, Unicef, The Ecuadorian Government, among others.Throughout my career, I've won 32 Cannes Lions, plus numerous awards in some of the most prestigious festivals around the globe, such as, Clio and LIAs, Effies and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.I was a key part of the team who won the first Design, Outdoor, Promo, Radio, and Direct Cannes Lions Award ever won for Ecuador; alongside many more prestigious awards like Clio, New York Festival, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and FIAP; making it possible for the Maruri/Grey office in Ecuador to win 26 Cannes Lions. In 2015, and having 12+ years of experience in broadcast and digital production, as well as, nontraditional creative projects and creative project management, I left Ecuador to get her master’s degree at UC Berkeley in California.Joined Wing (Grey NY) in 2017 to lead the Project Management department. During my time in Wing, I’ve worked with clients such as: Walgreens, Advil, GSK, Nestle, P&G, among others. Recently won 4 Cannes Lions (3 Bronze 1 Silver in Radio) for the Immigrant Song project for our client Southern Poverty Law Center.I'm currently the Project Director at Grey West in Los Angeles managing all the day-to-day operations and resources across different disciplines like: Strategy, creative, activation, production for brands like: Amazon, Youtube TV, Kraft Heinz, GSK, Nokia, Fx Networks, among other.
