• Carrying out general inspection and maintenance of GE AN200, 2BCL and 3MCL compressors and the gas turbine frame blowers (A/B)• Carrying out general inspection and maintenance of the heat exchanger tubes for surface deterioration, failure of previous repair areas, failure of constructions walls and leaks.• Carrying out removal of old roller and ball bearings of induced draft fans of fin fan heat exchangers and re-installed new bearings.• Carrying out removal and re-instalment of old spider shafts of the induced draft fans of the fin fan heat exchanger with new ones• Torqueing of hold down bolts of the roller and ball bearings, others bolts and nuts of the induced draft fan assembly to their standard torque values.• Carrying out shaft and blade alignments and set the clearance of the spider shaft assembly from the cowling to the standard clearance value.• Executing the removal and replacement of old pully belts with new ones and ensured that they were set to their appropriate tension values.• Carrying out Alignment of Pumps and Motors• Mechanical isolation activities such as spading and de - spading.• Bolt tensioning activities using the bolting sequence.• Housekeeping (5S Operations)
