RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time & within budget. Coordinate engineering activities with other departments and divisions. Quality control of construction work. Ensure smooth work progress as per work schedule of the project. Ensure the material quality, construction quality, and safety of project by top supervision. Ensure frequent site visit as per site need and submit site visit report to respective superior and having effective discussion. Maintain the time schedule of the project. Coordinate the concern personnel at different site and project as weal. Coordinate among site, head office and contractors.  Reporting regarding construction progress and essential issue to head of department on a range basis. Attain in important meeting regarding project implementation. Any other task assigns by the head of department and management.  Coordinate preparation of the annual budget request for the engineering department. Reviews and evaluates work projects, methods and procedures. Reporting to head of construction and managing director each important finding. Monitors expenditure after budget adoption. Approved purchase requisition and contractors bill. Perform others duties assigned by head of department and by the management as when required. The project safety report must be provided every month.

Approved purchase requisition and contractors bill. Attain in important meeting regarding project implementation. Maintain the time schedule of the project. Over all construction management of these projects as a project in-charge Any other task assigns by the head of department and management.  Reporting regarding construction progress and essential issue to head of department on a range basis. Vendor selection and rate analysis. Monitoring for the old factory building retrofitting work. Monitoring for the Accord and Alliance issue. Updating the measurement book of job & making labor bill timely. Ensure preparation & timely sending of monthly salary/wastage statements of muster Roll labour & part time employees of the out site office to corporate HR. Perform others tasks assigned by the supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Project management and supervision of this project as a project in-charge. To make work schedule and BOQ. Requisition of the material as per drawing & schedule work. Assuring the overall safety of the projects and the workers. Assuring the quality of material and works. Planning and scheduling the project work daily, weekly and monthly. Preparing budgets for monthly, half yearly and yearly. Preparation of contractor’s bill as per work done and drawing. Co-ordination of design and drawing. Co-ordination with the others departments for expedites of project works. Monitoring the physical progress of project & reporting to the management. To arrange for preservation of working as built drawings, structural analysis etc. Project history & project progress preparation.
