Learning Consultant supporting Network Services, Network Products, Supply, CSI PMO. Active participation in the Business Savvy Program implementation, for almost 200 employees (CPMs) in four different countries. Working with Global Team in Business Savvy Program Impact evaluation: select business indicators, apply pre-and pro surveys, support to managers to follow employee´s performance, etc. Latin America learning team was the first one who worked with business indicators linked to the learning plans, trying to find the role of training in business results. In 2016 Ericsson was selected by Brazilian Association of Training and Development as the 3 Best Corporative Educational Project, between 80 companies.Establish and develop Learning and competence organization, practices and processes in line with the Ericsson Global Learning.Current responsibilities: gap analysis, strategic competences definition, learning plans. Set targets, measure & follow up learning effectiveness.
