Currently, I proudly serve as the Vice President of Hind Defence Equipment Pvt Ltd, leading crucial initiatives in defense supply with a focus on smart border perimeter security and surveillance systems (PIDS), AFNet, and Renewable energy solutions for esteemed Indian defense organizations like the Army, Navy, Airforce, and BEL.My commitment lies in contributing to the growth and success of Hind Defence Equipment Pvt Ltd and our esteemed clients. With an MBA completed in 2004, my career journey has been filled with valuable experiences and insights. During the initial five years, I worked with insurance companies, honing my business acumen and gaining a deep understanding of life and general insurance for individuals and corporate clients.I feel immensely honored for my exceptional leadership and achievements. MetLife recognized me as a President Club Member in 2006 and received Leader Club recognition in 2007 in Kuala Lumpur and Goa. Additionally, I sought personal development and leadership training with Reiyukai, a Japan-based organization dedicated to world peace, and visited Japan in the year 2006, 2008 and 2012.In 2009, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish Vanijya Solutions, specializing in document digitization and software development for Government industries. This venture provided valuable insights and expanded my problem-solving abilities through collaboration with diverse clients, including CIDCO, JNPT, NPCIL, BSNL, DSLR, and MGL.Since 2016, my role at Hind Defence Equipment Pvt Ltd has been pivotal in delivering cutting-edge solutions for PIDS, SATCOM, and Hybrid electrification using wind and solar technologies for remote areas in Kashmir, Leh, and other regions. Additionally, we've successfully expanded into other central government sectors like NTPC, ISRO, CEL, BSNL, BARC, and AAI organizations.My travels to Russia, China, and Israel enriched my understanding of defense products and technologies, contributing to my expertise in the industry.I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore potential collaborations and partnerships.
