Phoenix having established itself in the utility space, moved towards forming a remote infrastructure management and formed separate business unit within the company, which would eventually become Inspiredge IT Solutions. I was aiding the transition of this business unit to a profitable stand-alone company. My day to day involved Account Management, Client-Onboarding and documentation which continued into my role in Inspiredge.

Phoenix is an IT Solutions provider mainly to Electricity Distribution Companies (at that time). Bulk of their opportunities were identified through tenders in various domains. My contribution is identifying such opportunities and aiding the response. My Roles included Market Research and Pre-Sales.
