Supervise a team of seventeen members to ensure that the ongoing projects and business as usual (BAU) meet the assigned deadlines. (Synergy Project) Variable Compensation calculation and communication Resolving client queries after very thorough review and investigation of the issue. Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals to facilitate performance management. Cross training and integration of processes across the team.Liaise with all other support functions to ensure smooth operations and minimum interruptions for the working team

Fundamental financial analysis of US, UK, India, Canada and Other countriesIdentifying the covenants of companies’ sources of finance, officers and merger agreements and analyzing the impact of current financial results on covenants. Analyzing the Financial statements of Private, Public companies (10K/10Q), LLP,LLC & Independent firms and Tax returns of the partnership firm And self prepared, company prepared financial statements Preparation of additional financial reports like Ratio Analysis, Reconciliation statement, Projection statement & Stress TestAnalyzing the Financial statements of Manufacturing, Service and Financial institutions and Insurance companies Analysis of financial statements as per Moody Risk Advisor (MRA) module, understanding the customer’s credit rating, evaluating, structuring and managing credit facilities to minimize risk exposure and maximize the returns due to credit lending.

Analysis of Annual Reports of the companies (10K/10Q) and updating of I/S, B/S, C/F and other relevant data into the product.Segmental and Geographical analysis of the revenue, expenses and net income of the company.Normalization of financial statements across different accounting standards and on the basis of recurrence and non recurrence of items.Research & analysis of client queries at production group level to promote continuous improvement.Classification of the companies on the basis of industry as per the guide lines of NAICS and SIC.Contribution towards historical build, pension data set and supplementary footnotes sections.Analysis of Extra ordinary items & their impact on the Earnings Per ShareExposure to different GAAPs i.e. INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRILANKA, CANADIAN, and US GAAP.
