I began my career as a Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance Indore in 2019, initially serving as a Front Office Executive. Subsequently, I transitioned to a back-office, voice-based process, where I assumed the role of Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work as an off-role Process Trainer for the same process. Following a successful two-year tenure at Teleperformance, I joined TaskUs Indore as a Content Moderator in 2021, where I was able to learn and acquire new skills associated with the role.
