As the Product Leader for Nutanix Database Service (NDB), I drive the strategy and execution for PostgreSQL and other critical database engines within the product line. My role involves end-to-end ownership, from defining the product roadmap to overseeing feature development, ensuring seamless database operations for enterprise customers.I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to deliver a robust and scalable database platform that meets the evolving needs of modern IT environments. My focus is on enhancing database performance, optimising high availability, and ensuring security compliance, while also addressing customer pain points through innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product Roadmap for PostgreSQL and other key database engines in Nutanix NDB.Collaborate with global teams to align product offerings with market demands and customer requirements.Spearhead initiatives for high availability and security enhancements.Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritise features that drive business value.Drive the adoption of NDB by developing and launching new capabilities that set industry standards.
