America ( Texas and Kansas ) and Asia- Pacific ( Japan, China & Indonesia )- Operate and monitor 600+ direct material suppliers readiness, supply- continuity and inbound quality to meet every facilities Order Promise Date (OPD)- Lead Lean vision & it’s deployment across all facilities specific to inbound suppliers - BIQ, RPRT, SLT, Capital/ Manpower utilization- Intentional coaching, mentoring and talent development for direct and in-direct employees/ leaders located globally- Inspire transformational change to institutionalize Zero Injury & Zero Defect culture- Frequent interactions with senior leadership & unique ability to navigate complex situations through closure with cross functional and/ or other BU business partners

• Supply network design, monitor & management across 9+ manufacturing facilities to meet total inventory turns & customer availability targets across end-to-end value- chain• Conceive co- innovation with suppliers & develop sourcing strategies for Excavation Division to meet its product quality, product velocity & product cost targets• Develop & deploy zero defect quality solution through end-to-end execution of foundational quality, advanced product quality plan ( APQP ) & built-in-quality ( BIQ ) gates• Strategic organization alignment, engagement & leadership. Develop, engage, mentor & coach talent located across 3- continents & 7- countries• Lead & develop strategic supplier relationships & facilitate long- term agreements
