TRANSPORTERs n daily & monthly abstract of production, payments, control of store/inventory, costing.• Monitoring the routine production and update the status of daily stock yard, despatch and transportation management, quality management, and manpower strategy to achieve the targets with cost contro through internal assessment of team management.

General Manager (Raw Material Division) -“Maa Chhinnamastica Group of Company” Since- April 2004 to January-2011 Exposure/Responsibilities-Responsibility assign for Procurement & Logistic to feed Iron Ore through BARBIL, for three Sponge unit one at Purulia (300 TPD) & another two at Ramgarh (250TPD+200 TPD), through production of three crusher unit, two no’s in (Barbil) Orissa & one at (Noamundi) Jharkhand. WORK DONE-•Developed system Management in planning for operation of three crusher units and Monitoring of logistic affairs to feed maximum Iron Ore the plant & port, Introduce the system of logistic by railway in my supervision.•Methodology & monitoring of various type of commercial activities related to the project and operation with the Head Office coordination.•For the first time in “MAA CHHINNAMASTIKA GROUP” the reporting formats in various departments were developed and an overall reporting system (MIS) was introduced under my leadership.•Operating all HR & Administrative activities like local problem, unions negoceation, Liaisoning with Labour Commissioner, PF commissioner, Mining Department, RTO and other administrative offices related with our operation.Reward-Ma Chhinnamastika Group of Company has given promotion during the month of April- 2007 as CGM (Raw Material Division) with exiting responsibilities i.e. entire operation of logistic, liaison, administration to feed the IRON ORE for SPONGE IRON units.

Exposure/Responsibilities-I have successfully operated the tender base production of different coal mining, Projects of CIL i.e. NCL, CCL, WCL & SECL etc, Administration & smooth operation of mines, Coal Transport, Rack Loading Project, Removal of Over Burden, Control Maintenance of Machine/ Store, Liaison with top class officials, Proposals-Sanction/Billing etc.
