Sourcing Candidates using different sources like Headhunting, Job portals, Internal Databases, and References. Understanding the job requirements.Screening and Shortlisting the candidates matching the requirements. Taking Telephonic Interview and Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidatesCoordinating with client in Scheduling the interviews Regular follow up with clients for the feedback. Performing recruitment life cycle like sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating interview with clients , Negotiation, follow-up etcMaintenance of the candidate’s database and keep a track of them.Regularly updating the MIS reports on status of requirements
