His duties involves examination, verification, evaluation and reporting on the adequacy of internal control in financial, operational and managerial processes and outcomes to ensure financial and operational integrity and compliance, and recommending changes for consideration. He makes sure any issues that affect the survival and prosperity of the business are dealt with.
