Account and Payment related issues. • Assisting sellers to make new listings for their products and help in creation of promotion and lightning deals of sellers products. • Checking the listings which are not live in Amazon.in website and finding the reason of blocking the listings and providing solution. • Assisting seller in FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon), new registration to FBA, creating shipment and taking appointments. • Assisting seller for all quries which are within the scope of support or to transfer to the right department for quick resolution. • Maintaining the performance metrics and completing the task as per the schedule time.
