• Responsible for Tableau Server Administrative functions, upgrades, installations, configuration, performance tuning, license management, backup of servers, sizing, scaling of services.• Establish and deploy Tableau Server architecture to support redundancy and scalability.• Proficient in migrating/upgrading tableau server for new hardware or with the existing hardware.• 9+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis, Reporting and Dash-boarding for enterprise-wide applications using Tableau.• Experience in Data Extraction from multiple data sources, Data Conversion, Data Consolidation and Manipulation, Data Analysis and BI Data Visualization.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Data Warehouse and BI Infrastructure.• Good knowledge in RDBMS and SQL Querying and Data Manipulation Concepts and Joins.• Training users/developers when tableau updates are available and help them in adapting to changes when necessary.• Proficient in migrating reports from different platforms (such as Excel reports) to Tableau.• Good Communication skills in English, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving skills, Proactive, Attention to Detail, Numerical Skills, Presenting the data in a concise and effective manner, Time Management skills etc.• Self-starter attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision from Manager and can work in a team environment as well.• Good experience in AWS instance sizing and scaling.• Hands on experience with single and Multi-node high availability tableau server.• Good knowledge on Google Analytics.
