Current• Provide statutory Compliance registers monthly basis to Client for submission & process of Invoice (Form –A, B,C,D & 23) each site or location.• Workman compensation policy apply, issues and renew as per requirement • PF Challan, ECR & PF paid receipt• ESIC Challan, ECR • Paying labour cess as per invoice process requirement by client• UAN Activation• Applying labour licence or BOWC licence as well as liaising with Government authorities of Labour Inspector and labour office• Completing the Full & Final settlement process of the resigned / terminated employees as per the company policy• Attend the labour court hearing & legal issues related labour office• Arrange Gate Pass of new joiners and visitors. • Preparing of attendance.• Maintain expenses onthe site.• Arranging tools from local vendors or by Aarvi Encon offices.• They will be involved in accommodation facilities also.• There are their responsibilities of minimum usage of a company's vehicle.• Ensuring Pre-payroll process (Attendance input, OT hours, Performance allowance etc.) • Responsible for Payroll processing & disbursement• Responsible for providing final Approvals for Salary, deductions, Travels, Transfers, Relocations, Training Costs and other Official Trips• Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave, LOP of all employees• Ensure the employees get their payroll queries/ grievance answered and solved on an individual basis• Salary Slip sent to all employees by mail
