Responsibilities: • Prepare budget, revenue and inventory demand forecasts.• Develop strategies to boost sales and increase website traffic. Set up KPIs.• Work with the online marketing team to plan and deliver seasonal promotions.• Develop and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge about online advertisement and promotions.• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales• Analyse data to make proactive/reactive decisions based on the results.• Identify new business opportunities and communicate with Director.• Track emerging technologies to improve design and functionality of website.• Negotiate contracts.

* Monitoring, tracking and reporting website performance and recommend strategies. * Working in a target based environment – Delivery Targets & New Business Targets * Affiliate Marketing Strategies * Managing PPC Accounts and delivering results. * Creation of Face book Pages, Handling of PHP projects etc. * Analyzing and making improvements in the process.
