My role is to improve process, give training, make SOP, root cause analysis, error triaging, check SLA parameters and provide support to our artificial intelligence technology. Prior to this, I have also experienced of CS operation of AMAZON and used to handle queries on payments transaction, return and refunds for North America under the team called VCS INDIA.2. Worked in HCL as Service desk Engineer from 30th October 2016 to 30th April 2017. (use to resolve tickets of ITIL on behalf of our project DELL which includes technical queries and troubleshooting regarding software such as VPN tokens, Air Watch, Java, VMware and document in the form of tickets depending upon the priority of the issue.)
