I am a research assistant and a master's student at Cranfield University, where I am passionate about metal additive manufacturing and its applications in various industries. My degree focuses on Metal Additive Manufacturing and my research thesis was on laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), a cutting-edge technology that enables the creation of complex and high-performance metal parts.Before joining Cranfield, I worked as a reviewer selection editor at Straive, where I helped in finding peer reviewers for academic research papers for journals under the Taylor&Francis group. This role enhanced my communication and written communication skills, as well as my multitasking and problem-solving abilities. I also have a master's degree in manufacturing engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology, where I completed projects on tribocorrosion analysis, numerical modelling, and shot peening using software like CATIA, NX Unigraphics, Ansys, and Abaqus. I am eager to learn new skills and contribute to the advancement of metal additive manufacturing technology.
