• Coordinating with:o IT on issues relating to cataloguing, cashiering, schemes, etc.o Warehouse In charge for stock movement both inward & outwardo Category team for cross promotion activity for T24 customers.• Imparting training to Circle coordinator on New Process and updates T24 application in co-ordination with HR.• Maintaining relationships with Tata Docomo team and Tcs for the smooth operations.• Ensuring that:o Optimum stock levels are maintained at all the circles through an efficient ordering systemo No Stocks moves out of the store without proper Documents/delivery challan.o All the new store should have T24 Kiosk available with all the IT assets functioning properly.o Team should get proper training by the circle coordinator for all the T24 process.• Overseeing all the customer complain should be resolved in prescribe TAT. • Designing New processes to make T24 operation simpler and easy to understand at store.• Involved in doing the UAT/testing and roll out of new products and process. • Conduct various audit checks to control leakages of EVD/Recharges.• Extract and analyze various reports for frequent shopper/lapsers and design various offers for them to bring them back on REC (Revenue earning customer) base.
