• Handling end to end recruitment lifecycle.• Working closely with the Clients• Strong experience in sourcing profiles from various sources like Job Portals (like Naukri, Monster, etc...), Social Networking Sites (like LinkedIn and Facebook), Referrals.• Ensuring that the requirements are properly understood/addressed/met with short SLA/TAT.• Validating resumes, interviewing candidates, and short listing potential candidates on basis of authenticity of experience, skill set combination and credentials.• Negotiation with candidate on finalization of salary (for in house Projects).• Follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance of offers, joining and maintain relationship thereafter.• Interacting with new joiners to ensure that they are comfortable with new organization system.• Ensure the candidate joins the Organization within the stipulated time frame.• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports and feedback reports.
