I do this through a systems approach.Background- Wrote first software at age 9 … to play Beethoven’s 5th using nothing but beeps.- Studied organizational design, computer science, networks, and optimization at Stanford.- Circa 2001, had 1 startup acquired, 1 go public, 1 fail.- Spent ~20+ years in the Enterprise Software industry in development, product management, services, sales, and innovation management roles.- Led innovation projects in sales planning, simulation games, application software, marketplace for industrial waste, digital climate impact, and others.- Experience working in a variety of contexts, from 2 guys in a dorm room to senior leader at multi-national companies, selling software at the C-level. - Mentored dozens of young entrepreneurs.Current Focus- Using simulation, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and blockchain to transform how we learn, practice, and master performance skills.
