 Identify the process gap and fix the problem with the help of process potential failure mode effect analysis. Observe the engineering drawing and prepare the process control plan for manufacturing component. Prove the CNC program in-shop floor and create a cycle time that help prepare the RFQ.

 Create a CNC program with CAM software and simulate the simulation software (Vericut) to confirm and verify the collision and lead in and lead out and proven on the shop floor. Supports the fixture design team to identify manufacturing possibilities and minimize fixture redesign error. Participate the kaizen and poke yoke improvement activity.

 Develop CAM toolpath, proven in machine shop; ensure productivity, planning and delivery. Follow shop floor operation, ensure daily routing sheet, cutting tool requirements and work force planning. Update the PFMEA for process modification and engineering changes. Electrode extraction and planning for a non-feasible machining part. Support pattern maker and injection mold assembly team for assembly requirement.
