• Worked as Instrument Engineer (Secondment) at KNPC Mina Al - Ahmadi Refinery, Kuwait for the Maintenance of DCS, ESD and Plant Instrumentation at the Hydrocracker, Sulphur Recovery, Tail gas Treatment, Sour Water Treatment, Atmospheric Residue Desulphurization and Hydrogen Sulphide Recovery units.• Supervising the daily activity of the instrument staff of 3 Contracting Engineers, 8 Supervisors, 35 Technicians and 12 Mechanics. Supervised and commissioned as per turnaround schedule Local Control Panels for critical Pumps, Compressors and Blowers and Hot Loop cutover to avoid downtime in running units.• Troubleshooting of Anti-surge controllers, Vibration monitoring system, analyzers, PLC and other systems.

Almeer Technical Services Company at KNPC Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery as Instrumentation Engineer (PCI) handling the Hydrocracker unit, Sulphur Recovery and Tail Gas Treatment Units.Job profile includes maintenance activity and preparation and execution of small to medium size projects. Current on going projects are replacement of existing relay based panels to PLC based panels for compressors and pumps and replacement of existing DCS and ESD.
