As a seasoned HR professional with over seven years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse sectors like retail, financial services, and technology. Currently, I serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Reliance Retail Ltd - Centro format, where I oversee HR functions for four stores located in Kerala and Karnataka.In my current role, I’m deeply engaged in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes, while also fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Managing HR operations for multiple locations has sharpened my abilities in conflict resolution, employee relations, and enhancing overall workplace satisfaction.
