• Review Recruiting Search Criteria of recruiting team to ensure the sourcing of qualified candidates• Responsible for recruiting efforts, the submittal process, interview scheduling, interview coaching.• Develop and maintain Client Relationship, act as the advocate of client and be their voice to the recruiting Team.• Involved in creating and managing candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills.• Conduct performance reviews on a weekly basis and report to the concerned officials.• Effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates for contract and permanent positions.
