Effectively envisioned and executed a carrier-grade optical fiber project worth $500 million, from conceptualization to realization. Led the entire project management, execution, organization operations, and business engagements from inception till revenue realization by building a team of 170 individuals and a workforce of 1000. Developed a distinctive architectural framework including BharatNet which includes laying over 40,000 km of optical fiber cables alongside water pipelines to connect 12,751 villages, 589 blocks, and 33 districts in the state.Integrated the network with a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center and State Data Center employing cutting-edge technologies such as DWDM, IP-MPLS, and GPON and BSS, OSS and NSO functionalities for service delivery.• Incorporated the SPV Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation Ltd, formulating policies and procedures, and enhancements while ensuring seamless statutory compliances throughout the period.• Designed the most sophisticated, high-speed, secure, and resilient broadband network to pave the way to create the most densely broadband-penetrated region in the country.• Network engineered to connect 60,000 government offices, and 6million households and providing broadband connectivity at speeds of 100 Mbps, with scalability to 1 Gbps.• Secured business orders from Airtel, BSNL, Government departments, and Enterprises.• Evolved the world's first viable business model for rural broadband networks, integrating cable TV, internet, and home computer access to subscribers at an affordable rate of Rs. 310 per month ($4 per month).• Secured the Unified License from DoT through due process to operate the T-Fiber business and deliver services.

Joined the Government of Telangana, as a founding team of the T-Fiber project. T-Fiber is an initiative by the State Government of Telangana, to establish an optic fiber network across the state, inspired by BharatNet a project under a state-led-model by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF) under the Government of India. • Worked with DoT, USOF, and BBNL to get a sanction of INR 2065 crore ($245 million) to execute the BharatNet Phase 2 in the state.• Orchestrated comprehensive consultative workshops with System Integrators, Original Equipment Manufacturers, Managed Service Providers, and Technology & Solutions providers, Telecom operators, and Service providers.• Delivered the unique two-stage RFP process to onboard the stakeholders L&T, Sterlite, TCIL, Cisco, Ciena, Nokia, HP, and Tejas to execute the project and to operate & maintain the network for 7 years.• Obtained the necessary Right of Way (ROW) permissions from the State Government for the project's execution.• The project is conceived as a “Public Purpose Vital Project.” by the State Government.

Led the entire ePMP (wireless PTP & PMP) product engineering, technology, and business development to various stakeholders in India and the APAC region. Extended the technical & business expertise to understand the feedback from pre-sales, sales, and customers regarding product performance, usability, and feature requests to capture the business. Worked with the engineering team to facilitate software improvements and design enhancements in hardware. • Delivered more than 100 sessions on products and solutions, exhibited industry leadership and expertise, and effectively expanded market reach in India and APAC.• Contributed to the revenue growth of ePMP product from almost zero to $5M within a year of the launch.• Created a strong product brand and played a key role in positioning the capabilities of ePMP products over the competition.• Delivered successful customer trials and PoCs with Telecom Operators, ISPs and service providers in India and in APAC region.
