I did an internship in the production engineering of the Eteno Verde plant, with support to the Olefins 1 and 2 plants, at Braskem, Triunfo / RS unit. During this period, I supported the engineering team, looking for solutions that add reliability and efficiency to processes. I was responsible for the monthly closing of production balances, process efficiency indicators, consumption of chemicals, generation of effluents, atmospheric emissions and alarm systems. I created the screens in Power BI for the management in sight of information relevant to production. I supported the study and implementation of a new cleaning process for a tower at the Eteno Verde plant, with a focus on reducing the risk of exposure to people and facilitating the cleaning of the equipment. I was support for the creation of the Corrosion Control Document (CCD), with information on the production of Olefins 2 and Green Ethene plants. Contributes to the monitoring of heat exchangers at the Olefinas 1 plant, with a focus on asset management and reliability. I developed a project to implement a performance indicator in the cooling water tower of the Eteno Verde plant, in order to identify possible operational disturbances in the equipment. The area also provided me with an interface with the areas of Operation, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Production Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and Industrial Performance Management.
