CurrentI am responsible for monitoring users and resolving their issues with PCs, networks, and applications. I manage tasks using the Manage Engine service desk, configure Avaya IP phones, and arrange meetings with users to address significant issues, which are then discussed with the IT Manager. My duties also include upgrading and maintaining client PCs, installing various operating systems and applications, and establishing new connections via cable lines. Additionally, I manage network printers on a user and departmental basis, assemble and disassemble personal computer hardware, and troubleshoot both personal computer hardware and office network issues. Moreover, I handle the installation of various operating systems and software, along with troubleshooting any related problems.
