Editor, Movement Educator, and Coach with a B.A. in Film Studies and M.A. in Media Studies from The New School in New York. My career began in journalism and video editing, where I spent a decade honing my skills in storytelling and narrative structure. In 2008, I pivoted to focus on movement education, studying and teaching yoga alongside various other movement disciplines. Over the past 16 years, I have utilized movement to foster self-awareness, support resilience in the face of change, and promote longevity from the inside out.Originally from San Francisco, the several iterations of my professional life took me to 10 cities across Asia, the United States, and Europe, ultimately leading me to Brussels. These diverse cultural experiences have deepened my understanding of universal principles that transcend individual cultures and systems, solidifying my belief in the value of integration over compartmentalization for enhanced well-being.My background has cultivated a meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating cohesive, impactful narratives—whether through editing, teaching, or coaching. I am committed to helping others navigate uncertainty with flexibility and to nurturing holistic growth that enhances quality of life.
