Establish the instructor management operations from scratch for GA Malaysia campus. Responsible for setting up the instructor management divisions to cater overall program delivery for incoming projects. Key roles identify, recruit, onboard, train, schedule delivery, performance management, instructional planning, managing content development, working with subject matter experts, product development, financial budgeting, and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of all programs and learning journey.• Prepared and implemented strategic direction including, market research, competitor analysis, development of new pilot product offering, set up database systems, operation procedures, planning of instructor capacity, training matrix, streamlining the compensation packages, financial processes, budgeting system across finance departments, payment structures and proposal budgeting mechanisms and supported product development until full time team was hired.• Worked across APAC campus, diligently identified and recruited over 150 subject matter experts, supported to transitioned them as full-time and part-time instructors for suitable programs through training and coaching. • Supported the business development and sales team, as a result, accomplished significant cost savings, amounting to approximately MYR 1.8M.
