• Handling Lotte Mart Indonesia & Lotte Shopping Indonesia's GMD Project. The GMD Project is an IT system renewal project for LMI & LSI. In this project, I act as a Korean interpreter and as a trainer to deliver material to the Project Initiators and Power Users.• Handling Lotte Chemical Indonesia's IT System Building Project. In this project, I also act as a Korean interpreter and trainer, bridging communication between Korean consultants and LCI’s Project Initiators/Power Users regarding the development of their new IT system.• Provide support to expatriates & HQ for visa applications, flight reservations and business trip cost allowances
