Brazil Business Inclusion Council is comprised of local ERG leaders, DEIB and HR practitioners, and Out & Equal partners. I most directly inform and support flagship events in-country, including awards, L&D engagement, and more. Convening once a month virtually, the Council will shape Out & Equal’s work to curate relevant content for global forums and resources. We provide hands on support with the execution of global events, as well as serve as a bridge to the greater LGBTQ+ community to grow the global network of committed workplace advocates making real change around the world.
