+ Responsible for Vale´s Intranet that reaches over 200,000 employees. Developed in Sharepoint, the platform was implemented in 7 countries, such as Brazil, Canada, Mozambique and Malaysia. Currently a Collaborative Intranet project is under development which will allow its contents and structure to be enriched collaboratively by its users.+ Participation in crisis management actions of Samarco, a company which Vale is a shareholder.+ I was responsible for Vale´s global website (www.vale.com) and its expansion project for all Vale's countries in order to standardize the platform worldwide. In two years, eleven regional portals have been launched (Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mozambique, New Caledonia and Oman). + With about 5 million visits per year, the website is one of the main communications channels with all of Vale´s stakeholders, such as journalists, investors, communities and employees. One of its premisses is to provide multimedia content, including infographics, videos and pages that go beyond text and image, stimulating interaction and facilitating the understanding of information. An example of the project can be found at www.vale.com/initiatives.+ Integrated strategies with Social Media team which manages our profiles on Facebook,Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube and that has turned Vale into one of the leading B2B companies on engagement in social media. + I also take part in other projects usually working in partnership with Internal Comms and Press Relations teams.+ Interaction with a team of more than 10 professionals from digital agencies that work for Vale, like publishers, designers, programmers, SEO experts and metrics analysts. + Constant interface with IT, Communications teams of Brazil and abroad, and internal customers from different departments, such as IR, Environment and Health and Safety.

+ Development of Communications strategies for the more than 200,000 employees.+ Development of global guidelines for the four macro processes of Vale´s Internal Communications: Internal Events, Internal Vehicles, Direct/Leadership Communication, Internal Campaigns.+ Development of a direct communication strategy with a focus on leadership communication, headed by Vale´s CEO. + Participation in the development and implementation of the "Day of Reflection", a global mobilization on Health and Safety, which in just the first year (2011) reached more than 100,000 employees in 20 countries. The initiative became part of the company´s annual calendar and has received numerous awards, becoming a benchmark for cascading information via leaders.+ Participation in the development of a portal for Vale´s internal newsletter (Vale@Informar). The employees receive a daily online newsletter with national headlines and local news about all of Vale's regional offices. This Sharepoint system was developed in patnership with IT.+ Development and implementation of the "Chat with the CEO", an event broadcast in real-time that connects Vale´s CEO with all employees all over the world. It was the 1st live internal broadcast, requiring extensive interface with IT to support the volume of acess, surpassing over 100,000 spectators.+ Due to my experience in projects with multidisciplinary teams and different nationalities, I was selected to join the professional exchange program in Toronto, Canada, for about 3 months in 2011. I also stayed for one week in Peru to develop an Internal Communications Plan with the local team.
