This project is a collaboration between the Department of Industrial Engineering at FT-UB and UMRO, aiming to oversee and analyze the process of conducting an overhaul on the steam power plant's unit 2. In this project, I am responsible for observing the overhaul process in the generator section.Job Description:1. Conduct observations on the activities involved in the overhaul of unit 2.2. Doing an analysis of waste generated during the unit 2 overhaul activities using the principles of lean manufacturing.3. Create Job Safety Analysis reports for each activity carried out during the unit 2 overhaul.4. Observe the implementation of Workplace Safety in the unit 2 overhaul activities.5. Analyze the psychological conditions of the unit 2 overhaul workers using NASA - TLX.
