I am an Engineering Graduate in Electrical and Electronics stream from K.L.N College of Engineering. My Engineering passed out year is 2013. I have started my career with Robotics and Automation Company from FEB 2014. Journey of My Career started from Robots Alive Consulting pvt ltd and have been worked for 1.2 years since FEB 2014. My Job Role in RA: I have done the Mechanical assembly, Installation, System Integration, Commissioning, Documentation and Service Supports and Electrical wirings for three different kinds of Robots.1. 6 Axis Articulated Arm Robot.2. 4 Axis SCARA Robot.3. 3 Axis CNC Router. Also I have learned basics of PLC controller and Integration with different devices such as Sensors, Solenoids, drivers, Relay circuits etc and machines.And I switched over to another company with an upgraded designation as a Robotic IntegratorI have worked as a Robotic Integrator in Sixth Sense Robotics and Automation Pvt Ltd., for a year and finally promoted as Senior Robotics Engineer.Later switched over to Malles Automated and Robotic Systems Pvt Ltd and joined as a Senior Robotics Engineer. Now, I have worked as a senior robotics engineer in Malles Automated and Robotic Systems Pvt Ltd and the Job role was : 1. Electrical Panel PLC Wiring – Siemens, Delta, Panasonic and Mitsubishi, 2. System Integration,3. Troubleshooting, 4. Field Installation and commissioning. 6. Documentation.Then I have promoted as a Team Lead and done a multiple projects with my team successfully. Now I have been working as a Manager in Robotics and Automations. PROJECT HANDLED:Injection Moulding Machine CNC Machine Tending. Onsite Project: Advanced Robot Education System in Dubai. Pick and Place using YASKAWA GP8 manipulator andYRC1000 Advanced controller. Pick and Place for Induction Hardening machine using motoman HP20 and NX100Controller. Pick and Place for Press Machine using Gantry and DELTA PLC. Buffing process using YASKAWA GP12YRC1000. Vision based Pick and Place using Kawasaki Robot and Omron(MV40) camera. Pick and Place application in Friction Welding Machine using MCI robot(KEBA Controller) Battery De-palletizing with vision based Application using UR10 Robot and Omron Camera (MV40). Screwing Application using Delta and Epson Scara for 3G and 4G Products Stacking Application of PCB boards using UR5 Robot. Line Automation for Airtel 5G product assembly Application with Vision based Pick and Place using EPSON Scara, 6 axis robot, Fanuc and ABB Robot.
