-Been at the core of tailor-made holiday planning and operations for 5+ years-Hands-on experience in Travel Research / Operations / Market Research / New Product Development / Content Development / Customer Interactions.-Cross functional expertise across domains including costing, end-to-end curation of personalised travel itineraries, and direct interactions with customers.-Ensure quality customer experience and satisfaction throughout the holiday.-Vendor relationship management, negotiations and contracting.-Coordinating annual signature events.-Representing the company at national and international trade events.

Responsible for handling and resolving airline flight reservation and ticketing related queries of passengers and prospective customers of Singapore Airlines and Silk Air, and providing quality customer service on every call.Responsible for managing ticket reissuance queue and auditing ticket issuance/reissuance errors.
