I became certified as a mediator by the Center for Conflict Resolution after successfully completing a 40 hour performance-based mediation skills training. As a mediator in the Cook County court system, I conducted pre-trial mediations at the Daley Center, Maywood, Bridgeview, and Markham Courthouses. These pre-trial mediations often resulted in an amicable settlement between the parties, avoiding the need for further litigation.

My experience included meeting with clients, investigating facts, drafting pleadings, working on a post-conviction appeal, and drafting an appellate brief.

I became a summer associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP after my second year of law school. I participated on a number of complex matters in litigation, real estate, intellectual property and took the lead on a pro bono VAWA petition.

After my first year of law school, I joined as a summer associate at Schopf & Weiss LLP. My experience included drafting a number of pleadings, performing legal research, and assisting on a pro bono child custody case.

I served clients from multiple Fortune 100 companies working as a consultant for Accenture's Global Business Solutions practice. I led a team of clients to design, test, execute, and validate the conversion of client data into an integrated system to streamline business. As a member of the conversion team, I examined dependencies and coordinated between project teams to keep projects on schedule and was the first point of contact for issue resolution across teams. As a member of the functional requirements team, I analyzed client requirements to determine appropriate configurations which would most effectively meet client needs and improve business. As a member of the deployment team, I delivered training and helped clients test new business systems to ensure their requirements were met.
