I have a role of Design Methodology and CAD Director at Lattice Semiconductor, leading a global team of 20+ people in R&D EDA Infrastructure, CAD Tools, and R&D Design Methodology, overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget for EDA and OEM tools. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I also have a strong background in digital, IO, and mixed-signal design, and silicon process down to 7nm process node.My passion is to deliver technical strategy execution while focusing on high quality, continuous improvement, and productivity acceleration. In collaboration with key members of the R&D team, we have successfully implemented a cohesive methodology for Hardware/Software/Solutions development, aligning the entire 300+ people R&D organization on the philosophy, strategy, and goal/exit criteria during various phases of the project. This resulted in a significant productivity increase across the organization. I am also well versed in project management, design engineering, and steering customer-facing solutions to exceed organizational goals and expectations.
