Market Data Sourcing majorly handled Index Data, Commodities Data and Market Data Research. Also dealt with Analytics Data, Exchange Data, Broker Data etc.

I was responsible to handle the end of end sourcing and procurement activities for Business Services category. Was majorly handling HR and Facilities.

Was providing IT Services which included Website development, Mobile App development, Software Development, Web Designing, Graphic Designing etc. Started with a team of 2 which grew to 14 in 2 years. Delivered 30+ projects with revenue of 30 lakhs as a startup. Also founded a training center helping student in developing their soft skills and technology skills in PHP, Graphics Designing, C, C++, JAVA, Web designing etc.Due to partnership issues and lack of appropriate resources/skill set had to shutdown the company

Was part of the non-category procurement team. I am completely responsible to manage end to end activities while procuring any goods or services which will fall under IT, HR, Marketing and Real Estate.Managing all high end RFx n business critical requirements.Also responsible to implement Lean n make the procurement process simple for our stake holders.

Handled only major end to end projects for IT software, hardware n Application services.Managed a team of 6 which was knows as case management team. I was responsible to ensure the team analyses all the cases received by us from the client with accuracy meeting the TAT.Post few months was part of the same team and trained people on IT category n imp. things to look at when a IT request is received by the case management team.I was responsible to analyse if we have all the approvals, details in place for a sourcing specialist to work on this request. I was responsible for analysing n providing my suggested approach to manage the request received. I was responsible to explain the importance of procurement to the stake holders as our team was the face of procurement.

• Managing the Indirect Procurement activities for our client for the category IT products and services. IT includes Telecom, Hardware, Software, Application development services, Application Maintenance Services, Subscriptions etc.• Managing the whole RFX process starting from RFI, RFP & RFQ manually or using the ARIBA tool ensuring before the RFP or RFQ process starts, we do a due diligence check & place a Mutual confidentiality Agreement with the supplier.• Dealing with various contracts which includes One page PO, Short Form service Agreement, Service Agreement, master service Agreement, End user license agreement, Master Software license agreement, Subscription agreement, Mutual confidentiality agreement, Master Product Evaluation Agreement, Volume Purchase Agreement etc.• Handling the entire source to pay cycle starting from Market research, Vendor selection, RFI, due diligence, NDA, RFP, RFQ, Contract negotiation, drafting and placing the purchase orders, getting the goods/services delivered on time, getting the invoice raised by the supplier & making the payments to the supplier as per the set budget of the client.

• Was responsible to validate, cleanse and classify the given spend data by the client using the UNSPSC codes.• Post which we as a team enhanced the data with related part and supplier information and did the analysis using the Pareto principle.• Then, we prepared a bubble chart which helped us to analyse the suppliers which fall under high spend high impact quadrant.• Based on which we including the Sourcing team prepared the negotiation strategy and were able to give a savings of 32% to the client.

• Have managed critical order entries for aftermarket sales for one of the leading aero parts company keeping upstream and downstream in mind.• Have also been auditing the processed orders for 6 months to improve the quality.• Have managed AOG orders which are highly critical in nature and include expediting and follow up with the suppliers ensuring we meet the TAT and Accuracy.
